Up for grabs: 18.87ha of industrial land released for 2H14

MTI launches 15 sites under industrial GLS programme.

The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) today released its Industrial Government Land Sales Programme for 2H 2014, which aims to meet potential demand for industrial land.

There are 6 sites in the Reserve List and 9 sites in the Confirmed list, with a total land area of 18.87ha.

The confirmed list is made up of sites in Tuas Bay Close, Tuas South Street, Tampines North Drive, Tampines Road, and Penjuru Road.

The Penjuru Road site has a shorter tenure of 20 years, mainly intended for industrialists who need multiple-user development at affordable prices.

The reserve list is made up of five plots in Tuas South Street and one in Tampines Road.
