Guoco Midtown's retail space achieves full occupancy

The mixed-use development has 50,000 sq ft of retail space.

The 50,000 sq ft retail space of Guoco Midtown is now 100% leased, GuocoLand announced.

Some notable retail tenants in the development include the new Porsche Studio Singapore and Flutes, both opening in 1Q24.

Other retail tenants of Guoco Midtown are Workspace Grains + Café by Cedele, Louisa Coffee, and DaXi (大喜) restaurant.

Guoco Midtown will also welcome new-to-market international brands to its tenant roster, namely Mirai Robatayaki & Sushi Restaurant, dal.komm COFFEE & COFFEE BAR, Malubianbian Chuan Chuan Hotpot, Five Guys, and Rive Gauche.
