Industrial building lists for $13m in Tampines

It has a gross floor area of 70,859 sq. ft., a warehouse, and ancillary office spaces, CBRE said.

A three-storey general industrial building at 5 Tampines Industrial Drive has been offered for sale at $13m.

The building is situated on a land plot approximately 50,619 square feet with a gross floor area of 70,859 sq. ft., the sole building agent CBRE said.  

5 Tampines Industrial Drive has a remaining lease tenure of 13 years, it added.  

It offers a warehouse, mezzanine, and ancillary office spaces,

According to the Master Plan 2019, the site is designated as “Business 2” with a permissible plot ratio of 1.4, the agent said. The property has a nine-metre ceiling height, floor loading capacity of up to 20 kN/sqm, and an approved electrical load of 1,000 kVA at 400V.

The building also features a full-floor robotic automated storage system, 5,500 cubic metres of storage capacity, and offices on levels 1 and 3.

5 Tampines Drive has parking for five lorries and 12 vehicles and fire safety and security systems.

The building is ideal for electronics, e-commerce, retail, grocery, healthcare, and third-party logistics industries, CBRE said.
