Joo Chiat Place, a freehold corner shophouse in District 15 is up for sale for $8.5m or $1,550 per square foot on the land area, according to ETC.
The corner property occupies a land area of 509.3 square metres and a floor area of 273.7 sq. m.
It features a permanent planning approval for “eating house” use, a use category that is no longer granted to new applications for shophouses in the East Coast or Joo Chiat area.
The sale will be conducted via an Expression of Interest exercise, which will close on 26 June at 3 p.m.
