JTC awards $4m tender for Tuas Bay site

JTC awarded the tender for an industrial site at Tuas Bay Drive to Zulin (S.E.A) Pte. Ltd. at a tendered sum of $4.885m.

It launched the tender in August 2025 and closed in October 2025 with two bids received.

The land is located at Plot A Tuas Bay Drive, has a Business 2 zoning, a site area of 6,338.1 square metres, and a gross plot ratio of 1.4. It has a tenure of 23 years with a project completion period of 60 months.
