JTC has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Kaki Bukit Avenue 5 to the sole bidder Extra Space Kaki Bukit Pte. Ltd. at a tendered sum of $31.39m.
The site area is 6,903.5 sqm, with a tenure of 33 years. Project completion is expected to be in 60 months.
Launched on 27 May 2025, the tender closed on 22 July 2025.
