JTC launches three sites under IGLS Programme

The Plot A Tukang Innovation Drive site measures 1.87 hectares.

JTC Corporation launched three new sites under the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

The Plot A Tukang Innovation Drive site measures 1.87 hectares (ha) and has a gross plot ratio of 2.5. It has a 20-year tenure and is zoned B2.

The tender for the site will end on 25 March 2025, Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.

The sites available for application include Plot 2 Tampines North Drive 4 and Plot B Tukang Innovation Drive, with 1.79 and 1.87 ha, respectively. Both have a 30-year tenure.

The application for both will close on 30 June 2025, Monday at 11:00 am.
