Last freehold office at 108 Robinson Road hits market for $16.2m

It amounts to approximately $3,725 per square foot.

The last available freehold office floor at 108 Robinson Road has been launched for sale through an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise, which closes on 22 April 2026 at 3 pm.

The floor is guided at $16.2m, or approximately $3,725 per square foot.

It is currently leased to a blue-chip serviced office operator, generating immediate rental income, but the lease terms allow for potential vacant possession.

The unit comes fully fitted with office finishes, allowing owner-occupiers to move in with minimal additional renovation.

Each office floor also includes a private lift lobby, which is not counted in the strata area and is for exclusive use by the floor’s occupants.

Savills Singapore, the marketing agent, expects interest from private investors, family offices, and corporate end-users looking for long-term ownership of office space in Singapore’s CBD.

108 Robinson Road, a 12-storey freehold commercial building, was acquired by PGIM Real Estate in 2021.

The building underwent a major Asset Enhancement Initiative, completed in 2023, which upgraded its mechanical and electrical systems, lifts, lift lobbies, and arrival lobby.

The property also has a full-height glass façade with solar panels and has been awarded BCA Green Mark Platinum certification.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
