Analyst's forecast: The future MRT station serving residents in the Marine Parade facility is a big plus point as 16 @ Amber is situated in the vicinity. Will appeal to both investors and new home owners.

Flamingo Valley by Frasers Centerpoint Homes
Location: District 15, 460-480 Siglap Road
Tenure: Freehold
Preview: Early May 2010
T.O.P.: Estimated April 2015
Type: Flamingo Valley was purchased in early 2007 by Frasers Centrepoint Homes after a successful en-bloc sale for close to $200m in early 2007. The development will comprise of 393 units ranging from one to four bedrooms and was designed by renowned Japanese architect Miyake Masaki of Amara Sanctuary Resort and Bangkok City Tower fame.
Analyst’s forecast: District 15 has been the most popular district for private home resale in the past 3 years. Analysts expect a strong response from buyers, especially ex-Flamingo Valley dwellers. Prices estimated at an average of S$1200-$1300 psf.
