Lendlease Global Commercial REIT to list 352.4 million new units

Trading starts on 26 March.

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT will issue and list 352.4 million new units under its preferential offering at $0.558 apiece, with trading set to begin at 9:00 a.m. on 26 March.

Following the issuance, the REIT will have about 3.31 billion units in issue. The manager said the new units will rank pari passu with existing units.

That includes entitlement to distributable income for the period from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026, as well as all distributions thereafter. The announcement follows the REIT’s 23 March results announcement on the preferential offering.
