Parkway Life REIT to acquire 11 nursing homes in Europe for $159.9m

The REIT expects to complete the acquisition by Q4 2024.

Parkway Life REIT (PLife REIT) has entered the European market by acquiring 11 nursing homes for $159.9m (€111.2m).

The REIT will acquire the properties from DomusVi.

DomusVi will continue to lease the properties after the acquisition is completed.

The REIT expects to complete the acquisition by Q4 2024.

Post-Acquisition, PLife REIT's portfolio will grow to 75 properties, with a value of $2.42b.

The REIT will fund the acquisition through equity raising via a private placement.
