Sasseur REIT taps Cheng Hsing Yuen as new COO

His appointment took effect on 3 June.

Sasseur REIT has appointed Cheng Hsing Yuen as its new chief operating officer (COO) effective 3 June.

As COO, Cheng will be responsible for implementing Sasseur Asset Management’s strategy and business plans as directed by the board. He will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the manager.

Cheng is also the head of Asset Management at Sasseur Asset Management since 2018.

He holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) Degree and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) Degree from the National University of Singapore.
