SPH's Sky@eleven secures temporary occupation permit

The 43-storey and 273-unit condo development in prime district 11 off Thomson Road was completed Monday.

Sky@eleven, a freehold condo development by Times Development Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), has obtained Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) last month, according to an SPH report.

Located in prime district 11 off Thomson Road, Sky@eleven was launched in January 2007. Within 30 hours after its launch, all 273 units were snapped up by property hunters.

Sky@eleven's prime location is a main draw for buyers, with its close proximity to the Central Business District and Orchard Road. It is just a few minutes stroll from the MRT station and a short drive from Newton Circus, in the vicinity of many top schools including SJI International, CHIJ and Raffles Institution.
