Starhill issues $125m notes with 2.23% rate

The Series 003 notes will be issued under the $2b debt issuance programme. 

Starhill will issue $125m notes with a 2.23% rate due 2028.

The Series 003 notes would be covered under the $2b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme.

CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch and DBS Banks are to serve as joint lead managers of the Series 003 notes.

A tenor of seven years will take effect. These can be redeemed in whole or in part on any interest payment date prior to the maturity date on 13 September 2021 at the make-whole amount.
