Trustee manager of Dasin Retail Trust hit with winding-up petition

The Trust received the petition from Zhang Guiming.

Dasin Retail Trust Management, the trustee-manager of Dasin Retail Trust, received a winding-up application from Zhang Guiming.

In a bourse filing, the Trust said its trustee-manager is already seeking advice regarding the winding-up application.

The trustee-manager also intends to dispute Zhang’s claims and “take steps to stay the winding up application pending the resolution of the dispute.”

In the meantime, Dasin Retail’s board advised unitholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing with the units of the Trust.
