Two Suntec Tower One offices open for sale via EOI at $22.04m

The units may be purchased individually or as a combined offering.

Cushman & Wakefield (S) Pte Ltd has launched an expression of interest (EOI) for two strata office units on Level 16 of Suntec Tower One, with a combined guide price of $22.04m.

The two adjoining units have a combined strata area of 687 square metres (sq m). Individually, the 325 sq m unit is priced at $10.43m, whilst the 362 sq m space is priced at $11.61m, translating to about $2,980 per square foot.

The units may be purchased individually or as a combined offering.

They are currently occupied by Franklin Templeton and will be delivered with vacant possession as the asset manager relocates to a regional headquarters in Marina Bay and the CBD in the second half of the year.

The suites feature column-free floorplates and can accommodate more than 50 workstations.

Suntec Tower One is part of Suntec City, a mixed-use development in Downtown Core that completed asset enhancement works in 2022.

The property is open to local and foreign buyers, with no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty applicable.

The EOI exercise closes on 5 May 2026 at 3:00 pm.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
