URA awards Dairy Farm site to ABR-led consortium for $427m

The land parcel has a site area of 29,444.2 sqm.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) awarded the tender for a 99-year residential site at Dairy Farm Walk to a consortium comprising ABR Holdings Limited, LWH Holdings Pte. Ltd., Macly Capital Pte Ltd and RP Ventures Pte Ltd, according to a media release.

The consortium submitted the highest bid of $427,000,268, which works out to $10,358.55 per sqm (square meter) of gross floor area (GFA), according to the release.

The land parcel has a site area of 29,444.2 sqm and allows for a maximum permissible gross floor area of 41,222 sqm, the authority said. The site is zoned for residential development.

URA launched the site for tender on 26 November, 2025 and closed on 22 January, 2026.
