UOL Group's Director resigns

James Koh Cher Siang quitted the post due to pave way to board renewal.

The Board of UOL Group announced the resignation of James Koh Cher Siang as Independent Director due to personal work commitments and to facilitate Board renewal, accoresing to a UOL Group report.

He was appointed to his post last November 23, 2005.
