Chart of the Day: Electronic NODX up 2.2% in 2Q

Thanks to higher domestic exports of ICs, telecommunications equipment, and disk drives.

International Enterprise Singapore reported:

On a y-o-y basis, domestic exports of electronics (comprising 34 per cent of NODX) grew by 2.2 per cent in 2Q 2012, following the rise of 3.5 per cent in 1Q 2012. The expansion in electronic NODX can be attributed to higher domestic exports of ICs (+7.7 per cent), telecommunications equipment (+69 per cent) and disk drives (+26 per cent).
