EnterpriseSG’s Scale-Up programme generates $2.6b revenue

80 companies participated in the first seven cohorts of the programme.

The 80 companies that participated in the Scale-Up programme by Enterprise Singapore generated a combined $2.5b in additional revenue within three years of participation, with international markets contributing $1b to this growth.

Launched in 2019, Scale-Up supports local companies with high-growth potential and ambitions to scale more rapidly and effectively.

Over 12 months, companies work with Enterprise Singapore and top-tier partners including Bain & Company, Egon Zehnder, and Stanford Graduate School of Business, to develop, sharpen and execute business growth strategies, whilst strengthening leadership capabilities across top management.

To date, over 100 companies across diverse sectors have participated in the programme, with the 11th cohort launching in November 2025. The first seven cohorts of companies created over 800 good jobs through the programme, such as engineers to drive digital transformation projects and regional management roles to oversee overseas projects.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
