Noble completes disposal of US energy unit

Total paid up amount sits at $1.65b.

Commodity trader Noble Group announced that it has completed the sale of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp to Calpine Energy Services Holdco.

This came following the announcement of potential sale in October.

At the closing, the amount paid by the Calpine was US$1.16b ($1.65b), which comprised US$800m and a net working capital of US$356.4m.
