Maybank Singapore, Gem Residences unveil access card arrangement

Residents can use a Family & Friends card to access their property.

Maybank Singapore has partnered with the developers of Gem Residences at Toa Payoh for a one-card access arrangement for residents, according to a news release.

Residents can now use a Maybank Family & Friends card to access the property and pay for lifestyle services offered on the concierge service mobile app. They may sign up for the card or add the property access function to their existing cards.

Household expenses and daily essentials such as groceries, data communication and dining charged to the card will entitle the holder to 8% cash rebates.

Residents may also enjoy Renovation Loan packages and exclusive credit card deals offered by Maybank at selected learning and retail outlets. The card also comes with the Mastercard PayPass contactless payment feature that can be used for MRT and bus rides.
