MAS appoints six senior managers

Ho Hern Shin will take over the position of deputy managing director.

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has announced six new appointments in its senior management.

Ho Hern Shin will take over the position of deputy managing director for financial supervision from Ong Chong Tee. She is currently the assistant managing director for banking and insurance.

Lim Tuang Lee, current assistant managing director for organisation and people development, will be re-assigned to capital markets. Bernard Wee, current managing director for finance, risk and currency, will be re-assigned to markets and investments.

Executive director for banking department Marcus Lim will take over for Ho. Executive director for monetary and domestic markets Cindy Mok will take over for Wee, whilst executive director Wong Zeng Yi will take over for Lim Tuang Lee.
