SFA, Workforce Singapore launch FinTech Talent Programme

It is the first career conversion programme in the industry.

Workforce Singapore (WSG) and Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) have launched FinTech Talent Programme (FTP), the first attach-and-train Career Conversion Programme (CCP) in the industry.

FTP aims to develop an industry pipeline of capabilities in key technology roles within the FinTech industry by re-skilling mid-career individuals.

The nine months-long programme will operate under WSG’s attach-and-train CCP.
