GS Holdings acquires Octopus Distribution Networks for $11.8m

The acquisition was completed on 13 May.

GS Holdings has completed the acquisition of Octopus Distribution Networks Pte. Ltd. (ODN) on 13 May.

ODN provides beverage solutions to brand principals, supplying alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products to retailers, venue operators, wholesalers, and exporters in Singapore.

The acquisition was priced at $11.8m, fully satisfied via a mix of shares and cash, including the allotment and issuance of $6.3m of new shares equivalent to 16.01% of the company’s enlarged share capital at $0.0379 per share.

ODN has a portfolio of more than 1,500 products across 200 brands from 20 global brand owners.
