Japan Foods announces chief chef resignation

It will be effective on 6 December.

Japan Foods Holding Ltd has announced that Chan Fuang Chiang will be resigning from his position as the chief chef of the group with effect on 6 December due to personal reasons, according to a bourse filing.

The responsibilities undertaken by Chan will be assumed by the existing F&B team.

Chan was appointed as the chief chef of the group on 4 July 2001 and was responsible for maintaining the food quality standards within the group and for developing new menu items.
