OUE unit to issue $50m green notes at 4% due 2029

These new notes will be consolidated with the existing $150m green notes issued on 8 October.

OUE unit, OUE Treasury proposes to issue $50m green notes at a 4.00% fixed rate due 2029 under the $3b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme.

The Series 004 Tranche 002 Notes will be consolidated with the existing $150m green notes at a 4.00% fixed rate due 2029 issued on 8 October, forming a single series.

The notes will be issued in denominations of $250,000 with a fixed interest rate of 4.00% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears on 8 April and 8 October each year, starting 8 April 2025.

Net proceeds will be used to finance or refinance new or existing eligible green projects.

CIMB, DBS, HSBC, and OCBC have been appointed as joint lead managers and bookrunners for this issuance.
