CapitaLand expands China footprint through new hotel management firm

It has a registered capital of $20.9m.

CapitaLand will further expand its China footprints through its 50% owned Ningbo Xincheng Hotel Management which is still under business development, an announcement revealed.

With a registered capital of RMB100m ($20.9m), the new firm will focus on hotel management, property management, apartment management and consultancy services.
