Amara Holdings taps W Capital Markets to advise on DRC’s proposed buyout

DRC offered $0.895 per share for all of Amara Holdings’ issued ordinary shares.

Amara Holdings Limited has appointed W Capital Markets Private Limited as its independent financial adviser (IFA) for a proposed buyout offer by DRC Investments Pte. Ltd.

Shareholders will receive a circular containing the IFA’s advice and the Recommending Directors’ recommendation within 14 days from the date of despatch of the offer document.

DRC Investments made a voluntary conditional cash offer of $0.895 per share for all of Amara Holdings’ issued ordinary shares, excluding those held in treasury.
