Amara privatisation offer closes with 97.74% valid acceptances

It will delist from SGX after completion of privatisation offer.

DRC Investments Pte. Ltd.’s bid to take Amara Holdings Ltd. private private closed with 97.74% valid acceptances.

The offer, priced at $0.895 per share, closed at 5:30 p.m. on 10 June.

DRC made a voluntary general offer on 28 April for all of Amara’s issued ordinary shares.

DRC plans to acquire full ownership of Amara and does not intend to retain its listing on SGX.

The board has requested the suspension of Amara's shares trading starting 11 June.
