Shangri-La renews Kerry Centre office lease for two years

The lease, which covers two office units and parking spaces, amounted to $8.129m.

Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited renewed its tenancy at the Kerry Centre, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.

The renewal amounted to $8.129m (HK$49m), it said in a bourse filing.

Ubagan Limited leased two office units on level 20, and levels 27, 28, and 29, and four car parking spaces in the Kerry Centre, it added.

Ubagan’s lease term commenced on 19 November 2025 and will run for two years, it added.

Rent for the office spaces are rated at $355,357 (HK$2.142m) monthly with management fee and airconditioning charge amounting to $82,965 (HK$500,091) monthly.  

The four parking spaces include one floating car park space and three fixed car parking spaces.

The floating car park space has a fee of $556 (HK$3,350) per month and each fixed car parking space $696 (HK$4,200) per month.

Shangri-La’ subsidiary in Singapore is Traders Hotel Management Pte Limited.
