Singapore Airlines adds flights on select routes for Northern Summer

The services will operate from 29 March to 24 October.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) will increase flight frequencies and passenger capacity on selected routes for the 2026 Northern Summer operating season, from 29 March to 24 October.

From 29 March, SIA will operate an additional daily service between Singapore and Bangkok, raising the total to seven daily flights. Flights to Surabaya, Indonesia, will rise to 21 weekly services, up from 19.

Services between Singapore and Yangon, Myanmar, will increase to 10 times weekly from 31 March, up from the current seven-times weekly operations.

Between Singapore and Colombo, Sri Lanka, the airlines will operate 10 weekly flights from 29 March to 30 April. From 1 May, this will increase to 14 weekly flights.

SIA will also deploy the Airbus A380 on the Singapore-Dubai route for the first time during the Northern Summer season, in response to strong demand for premium cabins.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
