Singapore hotel rates dip in August

The ARR was up 13.6% YoY.

The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) hotel performance report states that the Average Room Rate (ARR) for August is $283.98 with a 0.86% average occupancy rate.

The rates are slightly lower as compared to July’s $290.97 with a 0.90% average occupancy rate.

Revenue per available room (ReVPAR) for the month of August is $243.60, which is also significantly lower than July’s record of $261.14. The YoY RevPAR sits at 26.5%
