Raffles Education completes acquisition of Oriental University City Limited

In a disclosure to the Singapore Exchange, the Board of Directors of Raffles Education Corporation Limited announce that its proposed acquisition of 10% of the shareholding interest in OUC from Rawa Investments (Cayman Islands) Ltd has been completed.
