What you need to know about 800 Super's new subsidiary

Focus Learning Centre is principally engaged in providing job training and vocational rehabilitation services.

The Board of Directors of 800 Super Holdings Limited announced that the company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore with an issued and paid-up share capital of S$100,000 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares.

The new subsidiary will also provide corporate training services and motivational courses.

The investment of S$100,000 in Focus Learning Centre was funded through 800 Super’s internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and/or earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending 30 June 2013.
