Work-life balance (56%) tops the list of effective employee retention strategies in Singapore, according to a ManpowerGroup report.  

It is followed by employee recognition (40%), work schedule flexibility (35%), training opportunities (29%), and leadership behaviour (29%).

Employees are also encouraged by location flexibility (26%), technology tools (20%), and stimulating work tasks (15%).
