What is the most subscribed streaming platform in Singapore?

One in three Singaporeans are subscribed to the top platform.

Netflix is the most subscribed video streaming service in Singapore.

Based on a YouGov Profiles survey, one in three (36%) Singaporeans are subscribed to the streaming giant.

The next most popular platform is Disney+ (17%), followed by Singtel TV with 11% and Starhub TV with 10%.

Meanwhile, Amazon Prime Video, Viu, and Apple TV+ recorded the lowest subscriber percentage amongst Singaporeans at 9%, 5%, and 3% respectively.

When it comes to customer satisfaction, Netflix remained the top platform with an 84% satisfaction rate, followed by Disney+ (74%) and Amazon Prime Video (73%).

Viu comes next with 68%, Apple TV+ with 61%, Singtel with 60%, and StarHub TV with a 56% satisfaction rate.

Of the customers who do not currently have a streaming services subscription, 28% are "non-TV watchers" whilst 27% find the "cost of streaming subscriptions too high."

Some also cited having "difficulty finding what they want to watch" (13%), "poor viewing experience" (7%), and "poor or no internet connection" (6%).
