Winking Studios completes proposed 108,000,000 share placement

It increases the total number of issued and paid-up shares from 279,698,275 to 387,698,275.

Winking Studios Limited announced the completion of its proposed placement. 

The board of directors confirmed 108,000,000 placement shares were issued to investors on 8 July, increasing the total number of issued and paid-up shares from 279,698,275 to 387,698,275.

The new shares were issued free from claims, charges, liens, or encumbrances and are equal in rights to the existing shares, except for dividends or distributions with record dates before the issuance.

The placement shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist of the SGX-ST from 9:00 am on 10 July.
