UltraGreen.ai targets Asia as 5-point plan shifts to AI imaging

Asia-focused expansion and global outreach key to growth strategy.

UltraGreen.ai highlighted in an investor presentation five key strategies for the expansion of its Indocyanine Green (ICG) fluorescent imaging agent and Near-Infrared camera.

The company plans to expand global outreach and increase adoption of its products across geographies, particularly in Asia, while maintaining a leading position in Europe and North America.

It also aims to transition to a direct sales model to optimise market economies in select regions and accelerate growth in Asia, with plans to establish local offices and dedicated sales and regulatory teams.

UltraGreen.ai is set to launch new and complementary products, creating synergies with its existing portfolio, including the commercial establishment of a quantification platform and fluorescein product.

The company will pursue portfolio growth and market expansion through development programmes and strategic partnerships by developing advanced diagnostic systems and integrating AI-powered perfusion technology.

It aims to increase penetration of ICG through expanded surgical applications by dedicating additional resources to surgeon training and education, including residency programmes.

It also plans to support clinical studies and trials to validate new applications for ICG and to implement research and development initiatives that accelerate clinical validation and broaden its use across diverse medical fields.

UltraGreen.ai will expand and diversify its supply chain into Asia to accelerate growth and strengthen operations, alongside expansion of manufacturing facility capacities in strategic locations.

Future growth and capital expenditure plans will be funded through debt and equity financing, with the target capital structure subject to periodic evaluation by the company’s board.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
