Linda Suryasari Wijaya Limantara and Indah Suryasari Wijaya Limantara step down as Nippecraft's directors

They are sisters and will focus on personal work commitments.

Miss Linda Suryasari Wijaya Limantara, 36, was appointed on May 2, 2007. As chairlady of the Board, she was to maintain effective supervision and accountability at the Board and Management levels, to lead the Board to ensure its effectiveness on all aspects of its role, and to act in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.

Miss Indah Suryasari Wijaya Limantara, 35, was appointed on November 16, 2007. She was to monitor the performance of the Company through its Board committees.
