As such, the centre will provide technical standards and guidelines for qualifying and certifying additive manufacturing equipment, processes, products, materials, and personnel. In addition, the centre will serve as an incubator and testbed for research and development of additive manufacturing technologies for O&G and O&M sectors.  

The bonds will have a 4.2% coupon.
