Fraser & Neave publishing arm buys 60% in Print Lab for $24.48m

The acquisition will further strengthen its foothold into the integrated marketing and print solutions market.

Times Publishing, a subsidiary of Fraser & Neave, has completed the acquisition of 60% of the issued share capital of Print Lab for a cash consideration of $24.48m.

The acquisition is part of Times Publishing’s continuing strategy to diversify its business portfolio. The firm said that the acquisition will further strengthen its foothold into the integrated marketing and print solutions market.

Print Lab is an integrated marketing and print solutions provider having capabilities in the new media, providing digital solutions and experiential marketing, interactive media and also own assets such as LED panels and video walls.
