Metro Holdings issues $150m notes at 4%

The notes will be issued on 25 October.

Metro Holdings priced its $150m notes due 2021 at 4% and its net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, an announcement revealed. 

The notes which are in denominations of $250,000 are expected to be issued on 25 October. It will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) the following market day.

DBS has been appointed as the sole lead manager and bookrunner for the Series 001 Notes.
