AA REIT boosts capital with issuance of $150m perpetuals at 4.1%

The company tapped DBS, OCBC, and UOB as joint lead managers and bookrunners.

AIMS APAC Real Estate Investment Trust (AA REIT) has issued $150m in subordinated perpetual securities at a distribution rate of 4.10% per annum under its $750m Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme, according to an SGX filing.

With effect from 22 January 2026, DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, and United Overseas Bank Limited are serving as joint lead managers and bookrunners, while HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited is acting as the issuer.
