CDL H-REIT issues $150m subordinated perpetual securities

It will fund repayment of existing borrowings.

CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust has issued $150m in subordinated perpetual securities, according to a bourse filing.

The net proceeds will be used for the repayment of existing borrowings and lending to CDL Hospitality Business Trust to repay its existing borrowings.

The securities were priced at a distribution rate of 3.70% per annum for the initial period, which runs from the expected issue date of 18 November 2025 to the First Reset Date of 18 November 2030.

This issue falls under the $1.5b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme established on 5 November 2025.

Distributions will be paid semi-annually in arrears on May and November each year, commencing on 18 May 2026.
