Digilife nets $1.11m from Bharat IT sale

The deal closed on 21 January after all conditions were met.

Digilife Technologies has completed the sale of all its shares in Bharat IT Services Ltd., exiting the company entirely.

The company received the second tranche of consideration totalling $1.11m from the purchaser.

The transaction was completed on 21 January 2026 after all required conditions were met.

As a result, the purchaser now owns all of the issued and paid-up share capital of Bharat IT Services, and Digilife has no remaining stake in the company.
