Core DPU increased by 7.6% to 21.440 cents, accounting for approximately 98% of Total DPU, underpinned by higher core earnings and improved asset performance, according to a press release.
Net property income grew 25.6% YoY to $328.7m in FY2025.

Gross revenue rose 20.4% to S$446.0 million, from $370.5m in FY2024.
The increase was attributed to income from ESR Yatomi Kisosaki Distribution Centre and 20 Tuas South Avenue 14, acquired in November 2024, as well as positive rental reversions from lease renewals.
Meanwhile, additional contributions came from 7002 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, 21B Senoko Loop, and 16 Tai Seng Street.
