Keppel DC REIT raised $1.1b from its oversubscribed equity fundraising exercise.

In a bourse filing, the REIT said it increased its equity fundraising by $100m after its initial private placement offering was subscribed 4.0 times.

The upsized private placement was 3.4 times subscribed, receiving strong demand from new and existing unitholders globally, including institutional and accredited investors.

The REIT priced its private placement units at $2.090 and its preferential offering at $2.03.
