LHN’s net profit rises 18.6% to $16.8m in H12026

Basic earnings per share increased 16.0% to $0.0392.

LHN’s net profit attributable to equity holders rose 18.6% YoY to $16.8m in H12026, from $14.1m a year earlier, supported by contributions from its Space Optimisation Business.

Basic earnings per share increased 16.0% to $0.0392.

Profit before tax climbed 43.6% to $25.9m, driven by the group’s core Space Optimisation Business and fair value gains from investment properties.

Revenue fell 13.7% to $60.9m from $70.6m, mainly due to lower revenue from the Property Development Business and Facilities Management Business. This was partly offset by higher revenue from the Space Optimisation Business.

Gross profit declined 8.7% to $37.1m, although gross profit margin improved to 60.9% from 57.6%.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
