mm2 subsidiary faces $200,000 demand from creditor

Payment required within seven days of the letter.

mm2 Asia Ltd said its subsidiary, mm2 Entertainment Pte. Ltd., has received a letter of demand seeking payment of $200,000, with interest and legal costs.

The demand, issued by solicitors acting for Ace Financial Services Pte Ltd, relates to an alleged non-payment under a facility agreement dated 10 October 2022. Ace Financial has required payment within seven days from the date of the letter.

The company said the letter was dated 2 January 2026 and formally received by the subsidiary on 5 January. The demand covers the principal amount as well as accrued interest and associated legal expenses.

mm2 said it and the board of the subsidiary are seeking legal advice on the matter and will provide further updates if there are material developments.
